How do you price engagements?

Most work is fixed-scope milestones or monthly retainers. We share a transparent estimate after a 30-minute scoping call. Time-and-materials is available when scope is genuinely open-ended.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Discovery and scoping usually takes 1–2 weeks. Build phases run 6–16 weeks depending on surface area. We ship in small, reviewable increments — you get a working artefact every sprint.

Who owns the data, models, and code?

You do. All source code, fine-tuned weights, prompts, evals, and datasets are yours by default. We sign NDAs upfront and work inside your cloud or ours — your call.

Can we start small?

Yes. An AI readiness assessment or a two-week spike is a common entry point. It de-risks budget and produces a concrete build plan you can use with or without us.
