A decade of building, now pointed at AI.
Ankor was founded in Chennai roughly ten years ago as an engineering-first web and mobile studio. We picked problems other shops would not: awkward integrations, scale edges, products with real users. Then we shipped them.
Over that decade we have built 260+ products across 190+ clients: EdTech platforms, fintech rails, climate and sustainability tools, healthcare systems, and enterprise SaaS. The throughline was always the same. Understand the domain, pick boring technology, instrument it properly, and get it into users' hands.
Today we apply that same shipping discipline to AI. LLM pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, autonomous agents, evaluation harnesses, and AI product engineering, all delivered as production systems rather than slideware. The tools changed. The approach did not.

Our team is headquartered in Chennai, India, serving global clients across APAC, the US, and EMEA. We overlap roughly 10 hours with APAC and 4 hours with Europe, and regularly run async-first collaboration with North American teams.
Engagements run in shared repos, shared docs, and shared dashboards. Fewer status meetings, more commits. Weekly syncs plus written updates keep everyone aligned regardless of where they sit.
